A contractor may entrer into a colour grading arrangement with the costomer on commercial terms which should be clearly in the schedule of works. Where a significant variation within a batch of timber is evident, a contractor should ensure a reasonable distribution of the variation.
Showroom samples may vary to products supplied. A Contractor or supplier is not obligated to consider natural variations of colour or texture in timber.
